"It's super cool, it's state of the art, it's amazing." In Season 16 of RHOC, Heather revealed that she and Terry were pursuing yet another home build—this time, in Mexico. The penthouse has sprawling views overlooking the Pacific Ocean and an elevator that opens into a private lobby. “JUST CLOSED MY BIGGEST DEAL TO DATE- The Cavalli Penthouse, CENTURY CITY | 2 BEDS | 4.5 BATHS | 5,254 SQ FT,” the Netflix star wrote via Instagram last week. Ironically, Heather and Terry’s new place is just a short drive away from the famed Beverly Hills Hotel, where the two of them got married in 1999. According to reports, Heather and Terry’s new home was most recently owned by late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis.

There will be more than enough space for Heather's castmates and production crew to park while filming scenes in the new Dubrow abode. The Dubrows definitely didn't forget the view when designing the back of their house. A slab of gorgeous onyx along with a custom wooden cutout are going to be used to create her off-center, floating bar top.

According to Meaww, Terry and Heather Dubrow sold their Newport Beach, California, mansion for $16.4 million in 2013. Their new digs were magnificently revealed in a 2018 issue of Architectural Digest, being a 22,000-square-foot mansion (on a 44,000-square-foot property) in the oceanside Orange County neighborhood of Crystal Cove. As documented during Heather's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" tenure, the property was built from the ground up.

And so it's up to us to create where we're going, where our children are going, where their children are going and move the narrative in the right direction. On Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County, viewers are gifted with a front-row view to Heather Dubrow's sophisticated and often enviable lifestyle. We have known her for years as an actress, a mom of four, and the wife to plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow. More recently, though, we have gotten to know her as a California mansion designer extraordinaire. Avid viewers of the show live for the little glimpses of her decadent new digs now that her vision is fully complete.

Inside Dr. Terry & Heather Dubrow’s Massive Mansion

The Cavalli Penthouse, as it’s known, is 5,300 square feet with three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a sauna, three terraces and a private elevator, according to the real estate listing. The “unit is the first American residence completed by the Italian designer Roberto Cavalli” and features “a custom Murano glass chandelier, onyx walls and parquet floors, plus fireplaces made of marble from Spain and curtains from Italy,” Mansion Global reported. He went on to say that when building the mansion, Heather was in charge. Terry explained, “The last house we built, I had some input. We had the usual disagreements—‘build a house, lose a spouse’ kind of thing.

Meanwhile, Heather is also the creator and host of her own podcast, Heather Dubrow's World. When asked if she knows anyone else with a champagne wall, Heather laughed, "I know people who have it now after seeing it in my house, I'll tell you that." The importance of hydrating also extends to the dining room, which features a wall art installation including 300 bottles of chilled Veuve Clicquot champagne -- which amounts to nearly $12,000 worth of bubbly. At BravoCon in October 2022, Heather surprised viewers by revealing that she and Terry had bought a "love shack" in Los Angeles. Though we have yet to get a full tour of the apartment, Heather has offered tantalizing peeks on her Instagram.

"I am from a little town in Westchester [County], New York, called Chappaqua," Heather shared in her first season on RHOC. "I came down to Orange County kicking and screaming ... I was living in L.A. for quite some time and working as an actress steadily, and I met on a blind date — not a consult — this great guy, plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow." But those aren't the only real estate wonders in the Dubrows' portfolio. Throughout their relationship, the pair have lived in nearly 20 homes together, according to Architectural Digest, and they've hinted at an interest in potential new vacation properties including a Mexico getaway home and an Idaho property. “A new chateau Dubrow is in the works … Heather [and] Terry Dubrow recently snagged a home in Beverly Hills for $16.1 million … The 9,000 square foot estate sits on 8.2 acres and has incredible views of LA,” they wrote. In another post shared on Instagram, by Housewives Addicted, photos of Heather and Terry’s new mansion were revealed.

I’m going to build this house, but I don’t want to hear anything from you at all.’ And so that was the rule.” Heather revealed that she used designer Kelly Wearstler as inspiration for their home’s interior. She also used repeating patterns and relied on her own taste, rather than use an interior decorator. As one might expect, the home has lots of fancy features. "We built a very large entryway so we had a big space to have parties in," Heather shared.

Watch the exclusive Bravo Insider video above to see even more of Heather's jaw-dropping home. The two are also the owners of Consult Beaute, which is sold on ShopHQ. The next show will air Sept. 3 for those interested in the range of products.

The MDLLA agent shared new details about working with the RHOC couple on "the third highest sale in the history of Orange County." While most of you might know me from The Real Housewives of Orange County, I’m also a serial entrepreneur, podcast host, the creator of The HD Network, author, actress, wife to the incredible Dr. Terry Dubrow, and the proud mom of 4 amazing humans. As for Heather, she previously told ET she’s “really comfortable” starring on “RHOC” and will “do the show” for “as long as they’ll have” her. Read on below for inside details about the “Dubrow Chateau”, house photos and a video tour. While we wait to see more of Heather and Terry’s new home, press play on the video above to get a last look at their jaw-dropping former house. "What we really created here is the ultimate kitchen/living room," she continued.

A home with such lavish features obviously has to include a home gym, and the mansion doesn't disappoint with a full workout center complete with monogrammed towels and custom water bottles, because it's important to hydrate with class. In 2020, Heather and Terry already had their sights set on their next real estate project. "We actually just bought a plot of land in Idaho," Heather revealed on RealiTea With Derek Z in October of that year. "I had never been to Idaho before. I'd never even been to that corner of the world."

The Orange County mansion’s total property size is estimated at 44,000 square feet, as reported by Nicki Swift. Two months after announcing that she and Dr. Terry Dubrow sold their incredible house for a whopping $55 million, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shared a peek inside the couple’s gorgeous new Los Angeles digs. “Love my new selfie place in LA,” Heather captioned a December 14 Instagram Story photo that showed her posing in front of a room with cozy white chairs, gray curtains, and a sparkling chandelier. This stunning estate is the result of a lot of hard work and careful career development.

But the No. 1 most important thing is communication. I get so many messages from people saying they're estranged from the parents, or the parents are estranged from the child and have had catastrophic results of children taking their lives and terrible, terrible things. Starting off in the theater, I had a lot of gay friends in high school. But people weren't obviously as out as they are now. And I also think that I had a lot of, especially male friends that didn't know who they were at the time. Because life was different, the space was different.

In an interview with The Wrap published on June 28, Heather explained why she was looking for another new property after buying the penthouse. Every article of clothing and pair of shoes looks to have a perfect place. Heather's shared plenty of sly shots of the over-the-top and exceptionally beautiful interiors on Instagram, though there's yet to be a big reveal.
